Darren Dunsey graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and received a master’s degree in taxation from George Mason University, in 1999.

Mr. Dunsey has over thirty years of experience with more than half of that experience in public accounting, tax research, compliance, and planning for corporations, partnerships, not-for-profits, and high net worth individuals. He has experience with multiple state income and sales tax returns, tax projections, and startup companies across manufacturing, high-tech, and healthcare software industries.

As a consultant and controller in the private sector, Mr. Dunsey specialized in corporate tax compliance, financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. He also provided advisory services in the areas of internal controls and management fiscal policies.

Darren is a member owner of the Firm and leads the Tax Workgroup with a focus on keeping the Firm and our clients current with tax law compliance and technology. Current trends include cost segregation studies, R&D credits, multi-state tax policy uniformization.
